The Open is a Wrap—Congrats, Jolters!

Another CrossFit Open is in the books! Huge shoutout to everyone who showed up, pushed their limits, and brought the energy. The support and camaraderie were incredible! Now, let’s keep the momentum going!

When did you start CrossFit?

I started in the summer two years ago and I chose it because I wanted to work out, but didn’t have a gym close enough to me so I decided to give crossfit a try.

What do you like most about CrossFit Jolt?

I think that I couldn’t have gone to a better place, from the amazing coaches to the people I work out with, it’s just an overall a very welcoming and supportive gym to go to.

Did you do any other sports in the past?

In the past I have done ninja warrior, and a little bit on flag football.

What is your favorite movement?

My favorite movement is probably a clean.

Do you have a goal that you want to accomplish this year?

My goal is to get a 10 ft handstand walk.

Would you rather run 6 miles or 100 burpees?

I would rather run 6 miles because I hate burpees, and I’m just a better runner.
