This month at Jolt

Shoutout to everyone who took on Murph last month—amazing effort all around! 💪

Up next: we’re wrapping up our Endurance Cycle and shifting into our 6-Week Hypertrophy Cycle. Get ready to focus on building muscle, increasing strength, and adding mass!

Important Dates

June 9th-15th:
We’ll be taking on the CrossFit Games Community Cup workouts during this week:
Workout 1 on Monday, Workout 2 on Wednesday, and Workout 3 on Saturday.

Official registration is not required to do the workouts, but if you participated in the CrossFit Open, you can learn more about the Community Cup and register here.

June 14th, 5:00pm:
1-Year Takeover Anniversary Party 🎉
Exactly one year ago, Anna officially took the reins at CrossFit Jolt and it’s time to celebrate!
Come join us for food, music, laughs and more and Anna’s house at 285 Goat Hill Rd. Lambertville, NJ.

June 21st:
We’re launching a FREE Community Day one Saturday each month! Bring your friends and family to check out the gym and join a workout—free of charge. Open to both regularly scheduled classes that day!

When did you become a member of CrossFit Jolt?

December 2016.

Why CrossFit? Do you have any other hobbies besides working out?

I love being active, especially Anything outdoors- snowboarding, golf, working around my yard, being with family and friends. CrossFit helps me feel great doing those things and I enjoy the classes and coaching.

What is your favorite movement? What is your least favorite one?

GHDs with Jarad, burpees.

Do you have a goal that you want to accomplish this year?

Making high voltage club every month.

Would you rather do 1 mile burpee or 100 ring muscle ups?

Muscle ups!
