Fishing, hunting, golfing.
What did you accomplish in 2024 that you are proud of?
Handstand push ups (almost).
What are your three goals you want to achieve in 2025?
Kipping HSPU, pull ups, train more muscle ups.
Would you rather do 6 min plank or 6 min of burpees?
Burpees.
